MeyMax Title Agency LLC has its roots in the firm of David K. Stein & Associates, which was founded by David K. Stein in 1990.  In 2001, David K. Stein and Lance Chapin joined forces and formed Stein, Chapin & Associates LLC; a small, aggressive plaintiff oriented law firm, dedicated to providing premium services for plaintiffs and real estate services.  In 2002 the growing demand for real estate title and escrow services triggered the need to open a separate division now know as MeyMax Title Agency LLC.

MeyMax Title Agency LLC has worked closely with local Realtors and lenders to assure prompt handling and closing of real estate sales and loan transactions. In addition, MeyMax Title Agency LLC can handle all work on behalf of a Seller or Buyer in real estate transactions.  Further the law firm of Stein, Chapin & Associates LLC offers affordable legal counsel to sellers or buyers in relation to contract reviews, probate matters, and asset protection.
